I have numbness and tingling in both wrists and now my feet and ankles. Had carpal tunel surgery on the right and Lateral epicondile release on both elbows. My gripping is better but the tingling is there still when I take a deep breath or cough, sneeze , strain etc. Had an MRI but don't know the results yet. I have also been noticing ear pain off and on. Somedays I am myself and have tons of energy other days I am soooooo tired. I am sick of this and confused, my arms really ache all the time.
