I just read your posting today and my answer is yes. Last year I was diagnosed with my first case of sinusitis. I thought I had a brain tumor because I had symptoms of Vertigo. My doctor told me that it was a normal side effect of sinusitis. Today I am still suffering with sinus problems but most of the Vertigo symptoms have disappeared. Hope this helps. Katie
