I have suffered for over 18 years with debilitating migraines(which run in my family).I have seen neurologists all over the place and been on every migraine medication out there,even ones that hadn't been approved yet.Believe it or not the only medication that I have found that actually works and works every time is Excedrin Migraine.I know it isn't the normal migraine medication,but it really works.My neurologist is behind me all the way with this one.Having two small children and severe debilitating migraines,I was willing to try anything.Give this med a shot,you might be surprised.Good Luck!
