My daughter has signs of a stroke. Headache (severe), tingling in her left side and loss of control of this side somewhat, and she has slurred speach. She is a 5'9" woman 27 years old and weighs 280Lbs. She has been to the emergancy room twice and had a CAT scan taking twice but nothing shows up and was sent home both times. Does the CAT scan tell you if there has been a stroke or do you need an MRI? Also, could these signs be of spinal menagitis?
