I am 33years old and was diagnosed when I was born with this disorder. I am monitored once a month to check to see how low it actually gets and if I have some other illness going on at that time I am placed on an antibiotic. as a child I was always sick. I constantly wash my hands because I seem to pick up stomach bugs when I am slack. I am a medical receptionist for a pediatrician and everyone is very understanding and helpful on those days when I'm feeling really bad.
