Yes there can be a connection between acne and ovarian cysts. I am going through that problem right now. They have been testing me for PCOS which is a syndrome where your ovaries are clustered with cysts that will not allow the ovum to be released and cause many other problems. I was also told that one cyst on your ovaries can cause this among other problems.
