I too have been plagued with this. My allergies are caused by yeast in my intestional tract. Causes infected sinuses, ear problems, fever blisters. Was told to stop eating all grains. Can eat veggies and meats(naturally, no fried). My system cannot tolerate Vitamin "C", so fruit is out for me. No carbohydrates or sugar which feeds the yeast infection. In the process of all this, my hearing has been decreasing to the point of a hearing aide. Hope this helps you some on what to avoid.
