I also have over half of your symptoms and have had fibromyalgia for about 10 years now. Some people have alot of different symptoms with fibro and some have only a few. I suggest you follow the doctors advice and be treated for fibro and see if you start feeling better. You have to take one day at a time with firbo. I have missed many work days because of it. I find that rest and heat quite often help. For depression I was on Zoloft for a while but then I went off on my own as I felt I didn't need it any more. I think the biggest help is making sure you get your sleep (8hrs or more a night) and rest during the day also. Best wishes to you.
