Hi, My name is Mary and have had this DVT since 1987, sometimes it really bothers me especially when its cold, its so painful. I am a hairdresser by trade, but can only work on a part time basis. I am ok most of the time but it never really goes away especially if the veins are damaged. I got mine from a pregnancy (loss of twins at 7 months) so now have no kids and have this devastating thing going on with the leg. Please email me if you would like to chat about it...
