Just wondering how you are doing after surgery. Did you have a thorascopic proceedure ? Have you been tested for Alpha-1A Deficiency? Do/did you have post-surical problems? My first surgery left me feeling incredibly great; the second (leftside) wiped me out for months. I'm trying to gather as much info from others w/ GBE to put together in a website/forum for those who have been recently diagnosed. I spent months looking for information other than research/medical studies. Personal experiences would have eased my fears. Can you help ?
