My 11 month old son has the same problem, his dermatologist told me it's eczema and gave me a cream (elocon) to put on it. They also told me instead of regular soap, use Cetaphil. To help stop his itching, I let him soak in an oatmeal bath. Let me know if your doctor tells you anything else that might help my son. Thanks, Denise DiCapo ashnicmom@webtv.net
