You should ask your doctor about Bell's Palsy. Or better yet, see a neurologist or otolarygologist. Bell's Palsy can be caused by a bacterial or viral infection (the latter in which antibiotics won't help) and has been linked to some autoimmune diseases such as Lyme Disease. It usually goes away by itself but could take from a few weeks to a few months. Your doctor may want to prescribe an antiimflammatory med or cortisone. Good luck.
