Have you tried Reflexology for your Sciatica pain? My husband gets the pain emanating from his buttocks and the burning pain goes down his leg to the knee. I press on a point about two inches or more to the side of the 'crack' in the buttocks where the pain is, and when I find the sore spot (he tells me!) I hold the pressure point for a count of 7 and release and gently massage in circles for a count of three and then press again for a count of 7 and so on, asking him if the pain is 'faiding' and when it finally stops his sciatica pain is gone.
