yes any chest pains should be checked out. I have severe COPD and for the past 2 years have been experiencing chest pains myself and to which no reason can be found according to the test that have been done,and beleive me I have had plenty. My doctor has me on nitro patch during the day ans have nitro pills for all the time. As my doctor says it is better to be safe than not. So if I were you check it out as there are some very good doctors around that do know what they are talking about.I pray each day for my doctor and all the great help I get from her.
