I had fibrocystic beast disease for years. It never goes away but does progress. Vitamine E will help. I never had pain with FBD. I did have a lot of lumps and it made following my tissue difficult on mammogram. In the end, i did develope breast cancer and had bilateral mastectomy two years ago. I had reconsturction a year ago. There was no history of bc in my family at all. Be very careful taking the so called Natural drugs. (Just because some thing is natural does not mean it is good for us.) Many breast cancer patients are estrogen receptors positive and taking "natural" drugs that have hidden estorgen in them do themselves great harm. Some patients are also progestrone receptors positive also. Before taking anything you should discuss it with your doctor.
