Joselyn I use Duragesic 50mg patches for chronic pain caused by dystonia. They work wonderful for me and I would recommend them to anyone who is in chronic pain. Simply because they release an equal amount of med per hour and there is no up and down pain problems as with oral meds. I have no side effects and am very pleased with the results. Another thing I have found is that you cannot take too much of the med, because it is not indigeted.
