I have had rosacea since 1989. I have found that an oral antibiotic minocycline along with cleocin lotion has been helpful for me. My daughter also has flare ups and have it also runs in families. It seems like each gereration gets younger and flare ups are more severe. Spicy foods, stress, sun light and caffine seem to bring on my flare ups more frequently. I was also tested for redness that appeared on my arms, legs and chest and blood tests showed that I was over producing adrenline but my adrenal gland were ok. The dr can still not explain. Has anyone else had this problem?
