ve had three sinus surgeries and chronic sinus infections since 1997. I would love to order a fungus medicine to put in my water-pik irrigTOR. I irragate 2X a day. does candida diet seem to help? I had my blood tested against 200 foods thru Immuno Laboratories and found I am severly allergic to brewers yeast, a +4, allso eggs.+2, and 14 other foods. They give you a rotational diet and it is based on your results. I felt much better eating this way. The trouble is these infections can take you so far down that it sometimes becomes difficult to function. The most annoying part of my illness is the loud, hacking cough that has plagued me for 6 years straight. I am in excellent physical condition because I have always weight trained, done cardio and played alot of tennis. I look very healthy on the outside, but I can't imagine putting up with this forever. It drives my husband crazy.
