I have chronic fatique and fibromyalgia, I take SAMe and love it. It is also good for your liver. I take 400 mg of the NOW brand. I read a study on SAMe and the brandname NOW was the best. it has your B vitamins in it, which is necessary when you take SAMe for it to work proper.
