First of all, this autoimmune disease cannot be controlled that easy with just diet. You have to mentally take control of your enviroment i.e., stree reduction, parasites, poosible exposure to infections, etc...I do recommend however that vitamins are vital. By the way, I have suffered from this condition for eight years or longer(not sure!)
