My mother in her 70's has had Raynaud's disease for years. she has this special warm wax she puts on her hands. She wears gloves in the coolers at stores. She takes an antinflamatory for her arthritis. hope this helps, Oh also she has a hugh contanier full of unpopped pop corn that she exercises her hands in, for the cirulation. she is also diabetic.
