Surgery doesn't hurt, I smashed my nose against the inside of an Army tank I was driving and suffered same problem for years. Wish ya luck, as for me I never really saw and change in my sinus problems. Think your problems,(and mying) likely related to fungus which most doctors don't think about yet. To complicated for them i think. Besides theres no money in it for them like surgery is.
