NO PROBLEMS!! You'll be so happy to have the deviated septum taken care of. For one thing, you'll be able to breathe like never before! Some discomfort, but definitely worth the surgery. I also had a laser polypectomy. I HAD sinus infections every year and/or season, and have not had one since the operation. I still have allergies which precipitated the sinus infections, but I can control that with Echinachea. Let me know how you made out. You won't be disappointed! Good luck. Liz
