I am also a father with Lyme disease. Recently my doctor decided to give me a new type of therapy, called pulse therapy. It involves getting two injecitons of Bicilyn (I think this is the correct spelling) once a week for ten weeks. My doctor tried one injection to see if I could tolerate the antibiotic and it seemed to give improvement. I can't finish the therapy until I come back from vacation in two weeks. Tell your father to contact me in a couple of months, by then I will know if this works or not.
