I had the exact same symptoms as you. I vomited once, but my stomach continued to feel as if I need to throw up again, I also had a low grade fever and abdominal pain. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed as having food poisoning. I had eaten some italian ravioli at a restaurant. My symptoms also began within an hour of eating the ravioli.
