Given that the doctors are not able to identify any pathology causing you son's problems, you should consider taking your son to a qualified person that practices Chinese herbal medicine. The problem could be related to a fundamental Kidney (meridian/energy) deficiency that could account for your son's hair loss and blood in the urine. A good evaulation by the herbalist could help determine this. A Kidney deficiency like this in such a young person would have growth and development related affects unless corrected (assuming this is the problem). Good luck.
