Never use a public hot tub! You have no idea how well it is maintained. Nor do you have any idea who has been it. Contrary to popular belief, hot tubs can carry disease. Never have sex in a public one. I hope by now you have gotten help for what sounds like a bacterial infection. Hot tubs are ok if you own and maintain it, I suppose. I still don't feel sex in one is a good idea, however.
