I also have raunauds and restless leg syndrome. You can find more info on raynauds by looking up crest syn.,and scleroderma. These tend to follow the raynauds desease. On you're restless leg syndrome, try taking a muscle relaxer at bedtime, I found this to help me. I know 1st hand what you are going through. I wish you well, and can only hope you don't get the crest or scleroderma along with it such as myself.
