My Sjogrens is about the same age as yours, since 1993. Couple of years ago, I developed a similar itchy redness. My dermatologist took a biopsy but it did not show anything particular. He declared it to be a rash due to Shogrens. Ultravate Creme is very good for this, stops the itch. The stuff appears at many locations from time to time, a nuisance and uncomfortable.
