My husband has hepatitis C with no way of every having contracted this disease, much the same as you. However, his doctor told him it could have been contracted from something as simple as a dental visit. We are having a difficult time understanding this but are coping with the help of a very good doctor at Jefferson Hospital. He is stable and not receiving the interferon since his doctor feels this is not really a very good way to go at this time. Since he is stable, we are waiting for new therapys.
