I am interested in hearing from others who are using Elmiron and Detrol for their IC treatment. I have been taking Elmiron since Sept. 99, and have recently started Detrol. The Elmiron had helped with decreasing pain up until the end of April, it never really decreased frequency of urination. Have had increased pain with spasms and that is why I'm trying Detrol. Pyridium Plus is effective for me but causes terrible dry mouth, and I don't care for flourescent orange staining urine all of the time. I look forward to hearing of others experiences with these medications and IC. Long time ICer, Mac
