I have had panic/anxiety for around 13 yrs. for 10 of those years I was on 100mg of Zoloft and 6mg of Xanax they helped my panic to stop and live a normal life. Recently I stopped taking them cold turkey it was the worst thing I could have done the withdrawls from the Xanax are horrible. I was so very sick and am still left with a couple of things like my vision is not as good. Drs. can't figure it out. Please be careful if you have been on anything for a long period of time.
