Hello! I am 52 and did not have a heart attack but I have Mitral Valve Prolapse(i am on a beta blocker Tenormin)and I continue to have my periods yet and , I do have exactly the same things as You do but i lose feelings in my hands not arms.I teach piano and it does scare me a lot. I was blaming it on the scoliosis I have but doctor told me it has nothing to do with it ( I am going for the scoliosis corection surgery on the 22nd of June and scared terrible). I also was told that I have hot flashes and thats why my heart acts up so during my periods and sweats and chills come and go. I started taking Evening Primrose oil with vitamin E and it does help with sweats and chills. But my heart still does the same and my hands... I have to massage them franticly during the night when I wake up suddenly. I am sure my message did not help much but at least you know that somebody goes through similar staff and I am now know that too...
