I am a speech-language pathologist, not a physician--all I can tell you that one of the moms on my caseload was given this diagnosis as a possibility just a few months ago prior to amnio --turned out they were wrong. I can't give you percentages, but definitely have the amnio completed! To err is human! Will keep my fingers x'ed and hope they wrong!Aloha and best wishes!
