I was dianosed with pcos december 23 1999. I gained about 50 pounds,I suffered with acne, facial hair, my hair is thinning out not as much as it was. I very rarely get a period. My doctor put me on glucophage. i lost a little over 30 pounds. My acne is a lot better sometimes better then other days. I don't see my hair growing back yet. I'm still hoping for that to happen. I read an article somewhere that they are working on a new pill just for pcos. Supposedly it's suppose to come out next year. Feel free to e-mail me at kbirishrose@aol.com.
