Doesn't the l day Monistat stop it? You also should eat a lot of Yogurt as well as taking Acidolphus. I also take FOS, a probiotic which prevents yeast infections when taking antibiotics but I take it daily along with the Yogurt & Acidolphus. I don't get any special Acidolphus..some has to be kept in the fridge and some don't..just made by different companies. I don't know who Linda is but hope I have helped some. Lorane
