My husband was diagnosed with positional vertigo at Mayo Clinic in Rochester many years ago. He would have terrible dizzy spells, heavy sweating, nausea etc. Then last year he went back to Mayo's for a check up and they suggested he try a therapy done in many clinics in the US. He went three times to this therapist for the Hall/Pike procedure. luckily he had great results and his dizziness is gone for now. He is able to ride in a boat and many other things he was unable to do before having this treatment. We highly recommend people diagnosed with Menieres or something simlilar to research the Hall/ Pike procedure. Hope this helped.
