My husband has severe sleep apnea (136 episodes per hour). They tried him on the CPAP and BiPAP neither was he able to use. I certainly hope that one of them work well for you. They have to be worn anytime you go to sleep for the rest of your life. They have them with the full face mask and they also have what is called an Adams Circuit which are like pillow things that are placed in your nose only. Good luck.
