I don't know what you can do but my husband and I have been trying for a year. I have been diagnosed with the same and we have been trying using fertility drugs to no success. This is a devastating experience and I am sorry that you have to go through it to. The fertility drugs are horrible and make me even more depressed. I am told it may be stress related. I am going to try herbal medication next.
