you should ask your doctor about going on glucophage (metformin) for you PCOS, it is a common treatment in those with high results from glucose tolerance test. If your doctor has not heard of it, go to an endocrinologist (usually a reporductive endocrinologist is best or can at least give a good recommendation of one)
