I have fibrous dysplasia on the base of my skull. I have been researching and reading everything on this disease. I have long suffered from severly painful headaches-not migraines. Doctors never could help me. Medication never helped me. Now I know what has been causing these pains all these years. I am fearful of surgery. If anyone is suffering from this and can offer some words of advise of encouragement please reply. I can't sleep. This is all I think about. I am consumed by it.
