I too had major surgery, then soon after developed a dvt in my left leg , after my 2nd discharge , i developed 2 more blood clots in the same leg but more towards the hip still on coumadin and while in the hospital they added hepren, after they found they latest dvt's the dr's implanted a screen in my my vein in my chest to filter out bloodclots, i've been out for 5 days now and my arms are killing me i cant pick up anything heavy eg. a gallon of milk , my right leg is having twiches and i get a stinging sensation in my right chest , was wondering if anyone knows if these are side effects of the blood thinners im on , thanks in advance for any replies.
