My mum suffered with Bell's Palsy about 20 years ago.It was awful for her as she completely lost all movement in the left side of her face. After 6 months there had been no improvment so she had a series of electric shocks to the nerves in her face and it did the trick. Today her face is totally normal except for a very slightly uneven smile, which is now just part of her. I hope you can find such a successful treatment. Dont give up, sometimes it just takes a long time for the nerves to heal. All best wishes Annabel
