I was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis about a year and a half ago. I am 40 years old. So far, mine is only occular. (Only a droopy right eye). I am on mestinon 3 x's a day. The condition really has not effected my life at this time. I do have some double vision. My doctor seems to think that since it has been over a year since my diagnosis that there is a good chance that it won't go any further. A few months after my myasthenia gravis diagnosis I was also diagnosed w/ breast cancer. Have you ever heard of any connection between the two?? How are you doing?
