i had a colonoscopy and was told i have diverticuloses. i was told stay off nuts,popcorn and anything with seeds.i was told today that i would have to have surgery.nuts to cutting so fast.i asked if there was an alternative before cutting so fast.i was placed on cipro and a liquid diet for one week to see what happens.there mustt be a diet for things people with this problem without going under the knife so fast.if anyone can tell me i would be gratefull.
