My husband has gout and high blood pressure. If he takes high doses of his blood pressure medicine, the gout erupts in his feet and wrist. He had such a bad time of it. Recently, he stopped the high blood pressure medicine while battling the gout in his feet, angles, wraist, hands and shoulders. He was put in the hospital with an enlared heart (1st time this ever happened.) This is a tough condition to deal with, and I am searching for the right diet.
