NEIGHBOR
I have a neighbor who is 65 and is in need of a great deal of assistance. She is a widow and has essentially no family. We are wondering what we can do. She has a very, very difficult time ambulating and must use a wheelchair most of the time with a walker for very minimal ambulation. She also has severe incontinence. Are there any resources out there to help figure out how her needs would be best met. She has been a part of our family for almost 30 years and it is hard not being able to help as we feel we need to. I would appreciate any assistance.
