Debra, Being a person who was diagnosed at a young age with EDS all I can tell youis to watch for a "clumsy child", excessively clumsy, very loose joints to the point of the ability to rotate almost all of them in bizarre posistions. Lots of twisting of the ankles and joints. Remember that this is a rare syndrome, and that your daughter could possibly have just a connective tissue disorder.
