I research HPV, the virus that causes genital warts and cervical cancer, and am very interested to know what you are referring to when you say that the high risk HPVs that causes cervical cancer can be cured. As far as I know, this is NOT the case. Once you are infected with HPV the viral genome is maintained in your basal cells.
