My husband was just diagnosed with esphagel cancer. He had Dysphagia in Jan of 99 and ended up finding that he had achalasia. So, surgery was done in march of 99. We are now finding out that whenever Dysphagia is present they must do a test to see id there is cancer. This test was'nt done for my husband. Now, two years later they found a cancer that is the size of a grapefruit and there is no hope so, the doctors sa. My husband is only 41 yrs old and I just needed to say that if you havent been tested for cancer please do. It could save your life
